Scope and younger players
Yumi Game Labs provides Yumi and yumi.party. These terms cover the website and related services; app-store terms also apply. Apple’s standard EULA continues to govern the Apple app licence. Parents or guardians should supervise younger players and approve purchases where required.
Fair use
Use Yumi lawfully for personal enjoyment. Do not attack services, evade security, manipulate rewards or purchases, or infringe others’ rights. Legal exceptions and open-source licences remain applicable.
Accounts and saves
Sign-in and cloud features are optional where offered. Keep your device and provider account secure. Local progress may be lost after deletion or reset; keep an export if needed. Read save-conflict choices before replacing progress. Contact us if an account is compromised.
Coins and purchases
Coins and virtual items have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money. Store offers show price, benefits and duration before payment. Apple or Google handles payment details, purchase approval and its refund process. Statutory refund and consumer rights remain available.
Subscriptions
A subscription renews according to the store offer unless cancelled through your Apple/Google subscription settings. The store shows the renewal period and price. Deleting Yumi or your Yumi account does not cancel it. Manage renewal and refund requests through the store.
Ownership
Yumi’s characters, artwork, logos and software belong to Yumi Game Labs or its licensors. Playing or buying a virtual item gives usage rights, not ownership of intellectual property. Third-party and open-source components retain their own licences.
Availability and responsibility
Features depend on device, age, region and connectivity. We may update services or restrict online access for fraud, abuse or security needs. We do not promise uninterrupted availability. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer protections that applicable law does not permit us to exclude. You may stop using Yumi at any time.
Privacy, changes and applicable law
The privacy policy explains information handling. We date updated terms and communicate material changes where required; changes do not remove existing statutory rights. Dutch law applies, while mandatory protections and available courts in a consumer’s country of residence remain unaffected. Contact Yumi Game Labs at [email protected].
