Restore your purchases
Did you buy Ad-free or Yumi Supporter? You can get it back on a new phone, or after you install Yumi again.
- Open Settings.
- Tap Yumi Supporter or Ad-free.
- Tap Restore purchases.
Use the same Apple Account or Google account that you used to buy it.
Restore purchases does not bring back coins. To keep your Yumi and your coins on a new phone, sign in under Account in Settings.
Cancel Yumi Supporter
Yumi Supporter is a monthly subscription. Cancel it in the App Store or in Google Play. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel it.
Delete your account
Open Settings, tap Account and then tap Delete account. You can also ask us by email, without the app.
